Almost 80% of subscribed medical cannabis users hail from all of these two Canadian provinces
The latest quarterly figures from Health Canada reveal how many active consumers registered to buy through an authorized producer climbed to 201,398 as of June 30, 2017 — a 20% jump on the past quarter closing March 31.
Almost 80% of most those registered hail from Ontario and Alberta.
Shipments to clients that are registered Canada climbed to 103,270, with Ontario and Alberta once more leading the pack. Rounding out the Top 5 during the end of were Nova Scotia, Quebec and British Columbia june.
Why would Alberta, the fourth many populated province in Canada, have higher wide range of registered client than Quebec and B.C.? Nearly 2,800 medical care practitioners supplied strategies for clients to join up with licensed manufacturers, up from very nearly 2,359 two months earlier in the day.
And much more Canadians are signing as much as lawfully develop in the home also, with nearly 6,400 registered nationwide and another 506 registered as a designated grower.
